At ISAMAYA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your artistic tools. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original primary and secondary packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return for hygiene compliance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
